Schottky Barrier Diodes

ROHM Semiconductor Schottky Barrier Diodes have a wide array of high-reliability, low-loss devices and are available in various packages. The Schottky Diodes provide low forward voltage and reverse current with high ESD resistance. Thermal runaway is blocked even at high temperatures, making them excellent for automotive systems and power supplies. The diodes are Standard or AEC-Q101 Qualified. The RBE diodes feature improved efficiency and the low VF. ROHM Semiconductor Schottky Barrier Diodes occupy 80% less space and provide a large current-handling capability.

Automotive Schottky Barrier Diodes

ROHM Automotive Schottky Barrier Diodes are AEC-Q101-qualified high-reliability and low-loss diodes. These ROHM diodes prevent thermal runaway at high temperatures and reduce power consumption in automotive and power supply devices by approximately 40% compared to conventional ones. The automotive Schottky diodes offer a reverse voltage range between 30V to 150V and 0.03A to 40A average rectified forward current. The Automotive Schottky Barrier Diodes feature a 0.35V to 1V low forward voltage range and exhibit high ESD resistance. The low power-consuming quality of these diodes makes them ideal for energy-saving circuits in Electric Vehicles (EVs) and Hybrid Electric Vehicles (HEVs). These devices are compact in design and available in various packages. The applications include small current rectification to general rectification.
