N24RFx RFID Transponders

onsemi N24RFx RFID Transponders are 4Kb/16Kb/64Kb EEPROM devices that offer both contact and contactless interfaces. These transponders support ISO/IEC 15693 RFID interface protocol and feature an I2C interface that allows communication with a microcontroller. The N24RFx transponders support read and write 32-bit work mode, anti-collision, 4-byte page write buffer, and feature 2,000,000 programs/erase cycles. These transponders are available in N24RFxE versions that provide energy-harvesting analog outputs. The N24RFx RFID transponders operate at the temperature range of -40°C to +150°C and are Pb-free, Halogen/BFR-free, and RoHS-compliant.
