Infineon EVAL-M3-TS6-665PN Gate Driver Evaluation Board is a complete evaluation board including PFC integration, IKB20N65EH5 discrete IGBT, and IRS2890DS / IRS44273L Gate driver ICs for motor drive applications. The Infineon board is a ready-to-use three-phase inverter power stage with 600V blocking voltage and up to 500W. It can be used in combination with iMOTION™ MADK control boards, like EVAL-M3-102 T, to run a motor within one hour.
