CDSOD323-TxxC-DSLQ AEC-Q101 TVS Diodes

Bourns CDSOD323-T12C-DSLQ and CDSOD323-T24C-DSLQ AEC-Q101 Transient Voltage Suppressor (TVS) Diodes are designed for surge and ESD protection and come in a SOD323 package.
