EPCOS Power Line Chokes offer a rated voltage of 250VAC, current-compensated ring core, and frame core double choke construction, wide inductance ranges, high inductance with low resistance, and more. The power line chokes are used in applications that involve the suppression of common-mode interferences, electronic ballasts in lamps, and switch-mode power supplies.

Würth Elektronik WE-CMB Common Mode Power Line Inductors (Chokes) feature a compact design that delivers high suppression of asymmetric interferences, even at low-frequency ranges. In addition, these inductors provide broadband screening due to a low capacitance winding technique. Würth Elektronik WE-CMB Common Mode, Power Line Inductors, are ideal for power electronics and suppressing common-mode noises. Parasitics can have a significant effect on the noise attenuation and current rating of a common mode filter. Würth designed the WE-CMB series for minimal parasitic effects over its useful frequency bandwidth so it does what it is designed to do - get rid of the noise.

B82x Power Line Chokes

EPCOS/TDK B82x Power Line Chokes feature a 10A to 30A current range and 1.8µH to 3.4µH inductance rating. These core chokes are available in three varieties: rod cores, AEC-Q200-qualified mushroom cores, and ring core chokes with an iron powder core. The rod core chokes offer a high resistance frequency and high single-layer winding construction. The mushroom cores are AEC-Q200 qualified and are suitable for wave soldering. The ring core chokes with an iron powder core have a baseplate that is flame retardant per UL 94V-0 ratings. EPCOS/TDK Power Line Chokes are ideal for a variety of EMC choke applications.
