BGA Clamshell & Open Top Sockets

Yamaichi Electronics BGA Clamshell and Open Top Sockets are burn-in sockets for grid-array packages available in 0.5mm, 0.65mm, 0.80mm, and 1mm pitch. Yamaichi BGA Clamshell and Open Top Sockets feature dual contact points that ensure high contact reliability. The tweezer-style contact with a wiping function ensures high contact reliability.
