The VND9012AJ high-side driver is a double-channel device manufactured using ST's proprietary VIPower M0-9 technology. This device is built to handle the demands of the automotive industry, providing protection and diagnostics for driving 12V grounded loads through a 3V or 5V CMOS-compatible interface.
