TLP577xH Infrared LED & Photo ICs

Toshiba TLP577xH Infrared LED and Photo ICs combine the infrared LED with an integrated high-gain, high-speed photodetector in a 6-pin SO6L package. The TLP577xH 6-pin SO6L package is 50% smaller than the 8-pin DIP package and meets international safety standards' reinforced insulation class requirements.
