nRF54LC10A Ultra-Low-Power Wireless SoCs

Nordic Semiconductor nRF54LC10A Ultra-Low-Power Wireless System-on-Chips (SoCs) are entry-level components that support BLUETOOTH^® LE, Bluetooth Channel Sounding, Matter, Thread, and Zigbee^®. The Nordic nRF54LC10A also supports 2.4GHz proprietary protocols with data rates up to 4Mbps for low-latency applications. These SoCs feature 1MB NVM, 192KB RAM, an essential peripheral set, and advanced security. The devices suit size-constrained, cost-sensitive applications like Bluetooth LE trackers, item finders, tags, simple sensors, and smart home products. For devices with enclosed batteries, system hibernation mode extends shelf life.
