ACS37100 10MHz TMR Current Sensor

Allegro Microsystems ACS37100 10MHz TMR Current Sensor is factory-trimmed to provide high accuracy over the entire operating range, eliminating the need for user programming. The internal construction provides a high isolation by magnetically coupling the field generated by current flow in the conductor to the monolithic tunneling magnetoresistance (TMR) IC. The current is sensed differentially by two TMR bridges, which subtract out interfering common-mode magnetic fields. The IC has no physical connection to the integrated current conductor and delivers a 5000V_RMS isolation voltage between the primary signal leads. This high rating provides a basic working voltage of 1097V_RMS (MA package) between the primary and secondary signal leads of the package. The SOICW-16 MA package features a conductor resistance of 1.2mΩ.
