IXYS X3-Class HiPerFET™ Power MOSFETs are N-channel, enhancement mode, avalanche-rated MOSFETs. The X3-Class provides high power density and is easy to mount, all in a space-saving package. The IXYS X3-Class MOSFETs are ideal for switch-mode and resonant-mode power supplies.
