ADPA7002 Power Amplifiers

ADPA7002 Power Amplifiers are gallium arsenide (GaAs), pseudomorphic high electron mobility transfer (pHEMT), monolithic microwave integrated circuit (MMIC), 28dBm (1/2W) amplifiers.
