These advanced automotive processors safely consolidate real-time vehicle control, management, and service functions into a single system-on-chip (SoC), reducing system complexity and enabling scalable next-generation vehicle platforms. Featuring up to 16x Arm® Cortex®-R52 cores operating at up to 1.2GHz, lockstep Arm Cortex-M7 management cores, hardware isolation, and virtualization capabilities, the S32N5 family supports the integration of mixed-criticality applications while maintaining functional safety and freedom from interference.
