Manual Wire Stripper Tool

Molex Manual Wire Stripper Tool provides a wide stripping capacity with fine adjustability, reducing overall tooling investments and providing production flexibility. The fine adjustability ensures that thin insulations can be stripped without damage to conductors and features a built-in wire cutter. The wire stripper is designed for conduit wire, flex power, equipment, and flat phone cables. The wire diameters range from 0.03mm2 to 16.00mm2 (32AWG to 6AWG) in diameter, and the insulation thickness is 1.00mm (.040”) maximum. The tool is self-adjusting, but 90% of wires can be stripped without adjusting the tool. Other features include a lightweight, ergonomic design qualified for high-volume production and portable field usage.
