Infineon Technologies TLE4973 EVAL INLAY Board
Infineon Technologies TLE4973 EVAL INLAY Board is a current sensor evaluation board ideal for evaluating three-phase systems, with up to 460A currents. This board includes three TLE4973-RE35D5-S0010 Hall current sensors mounted on an inner-PCB current sensing structure, 1mm inlay copper thickness. The TLE4973 EVAL INLAY board comes assembled with high-current connectors for attaching and securing high-current cables or busbars. This board is AEC-Q100 automotive qualified and can be used as a standalone or interconnected with the Infineon CUR SENSOR PROG GEN2 tool. The TLE4973 EVAL INLAY board is used in applications such as medium voltage drives, auxiliary inverters, traction inverters, battery disconnection, and solid-state circuit breakers.Features
