Melexis MLX81334 Smart LIN Motor Driver
Melexis MLX81334 Smart LIN Motor Driver is a gen-3, 1A-rated LIN driver that optimizes electric vehicle (EV) thermal valves (accurate battery temperature control) and expansion valves (heat pump refrigeration loop). This results in a longer range for EVs. This all-in-one module enables small-footprint applications up to 10W to control small BLDC, stepper, and DC motors, utilizing sensor or sensorless field-oriented control (FOC) algorithms. The 64KB on-chip memory offers ample capacity for the use of sophisticated software. Melexis MLX81334 Smart LIN Motor Driver comes in a 5mm x 5mm 32-pin QFN package. Protections include overtemperature, overcurrent, overvoltage, and undervoltage. The MLX81334 is AEC-Q100 qualified and RoHS compliant.Features
