Murata Power Solutions MGJ1 Isolated 5.2kVDC/5.7kVDC 1W DC-DC Converters are ideal for powering high- and low-side gate drive circuits for IGBTs and MOSFETs in bridge circuits and more. A choice of asymmetric output voltages enables optimum drive levels for ideal system efficiency. The MGJ1 DC-DC converters are characterized by high isolation requirements typically seen in bridge circuits used in motor drives and inverters. The industrial-grade temperature rating and construction provide these modules with a long service life. The MGJ1 series offers reinforced insulation (UL 60950 recognized) and is ANSI/AAMI ES60601-1 recognized. The MGJ1 SIP series has reinforced insulation (UL 62368-1) and is pending ANSI/AAMI ES60601-1, 1 MOPP/2 MOOPs approvals.Features
