Allegro MicroSystems A115X Two-Wire Hall-Effect Switch ICs
Allegro MicroSystems A115X Two-Wire Hall-Effect Switch ICs are a family of unipolar switches factory-trimmed to optimize magnetic switchpoint accuracy. These Hall-effect switches are manufactured using Allegro™ advanced BiCMOS technology, implementing a high-frequency, 4-phase, chopper-stabilization technique. The A115x switch ICs feature supply transient and reverse-battery protection and operate within an ambient temperature range of –40°C to 150°C. Typical applications include sensing seat track position, seat belt buckle presence, hood/trunk latching and shift selector position.Features
