Allegro MicroSystems A1304 Analog Output Linear Hall-Effect Sensor ICs
Allegro MicroSystems A1304 Analog Output Linear Hall-Effect Sensor ICs are available in a miniature, surface mount, 3-pin SOT23-W package with 100% matte tin leadframe plating. The temperature-stable, lead-free package offers operation with a 3.3V supply and wide -40°C to +85°C temperature range. These ratiometric Hall effect sensors provide a voltage output proportional to the applied magnetic field and a quiescent voltage output of 50% of the supplied voltage. Each BiCMOS monolithic circuit integrates a Hall element, offset/sensitivity trim circuitry to correct for the variation in the Hall element, a small-signal high-gain amplifier, and a proprietary dynamic offset cancellation technique.Features
