Guerrilla RF GRF2118 High-Frequency Low Noise Amplifier

Guerrilla RF GRF2118 High-Frequency Low Noise Amplifier (LNA) is a broadband and ultra‑LNA designed for high-performance RF applications requiring ultra-low Noise Figure (NF) and high gain. This amplifier operates over a tuning range of 6GHz to 8.5GHz and delivers very high gain along with exceptionally low noise performance. The GRF2118 amplifier features 25.5dB gain and a very low noise figure of 0.57dB, making it suitable for sensitive RF front‑end designs. The GRF2118 amplifier is fabricated using GaAs pHEMT technology and comes in a compact 2mm x 2mm QFN‑12 package. This amplifier is ideal for upper C-Band, SatCom X-band, WiFi 6/6E LNA, linear driver amplifier, small cells and cellular repeaters, and deep space network communications.
