iBASE Technology ET980 COM Express Type 6 (R3.0) CPU Module supports the U-series and P-series of 12th Gen Intel® Core™ processors, from i3-1220PE to i7-1265UE (12M cache, up to 4.70GHz). The ET980 offers a platform with a 10% to 12% boost in productivity performance over the previous generation. This module delivers fast data transmission with an Intel I226LM 2.5GbE controller that is capable of time-sensitive networking (TSN) standards. The independent display outputs (HDMI, DP, VGA, LVDS, or eDP) are driven by integrated Intel UHD Graphics to boost productivity levels. The board includes two DDR4 SO-DIMM sockets with a 64GB capacity to meet the needs of demanding real-time applications. This COM Express Type 6 module supports 4x USB 3.2, 8x USB 2.0, 2x SATA III, 2x COM ports, as well as 1x PCI-E(x16), 1x PCI-E(x4), 4x PCI-E(x1) expansion via a carrier board.
