Infineon Technologies BTS50007-1LUA Smart High-Side Power Switch
Infineon Technologies BTS50007-1LUA Smart High-Side Power Switch is part of the Power PROFET™ + 12V family. The Infineon Technologies BTS50007-1LUA is a 0.7mΩ single-channel smart high-side power switch housed in an 8-pin TO-leadless package and offers protective functions and diagnostics. It includes Reverse ON functionality to protect against reverse polarity (reverse battery) conditions. The power transistor is built with an N-channel power MOSFET and charge pump, designed to drive high-current loads up to 55A, and is ideal for automotive applications like heaters, glow plugs, fans, and pumps.
