Infineon Technologies IRS2975C Imager Sensor

Infineon Technologies IRS2975C Imager Sensor features a half-quarter video graphics array resolution of 240 x 180 pixels and a chip size of 18mm2 for a 1/6" image circle. This imager works according to the Time-of-Flight (ToF) principle known as indirect ToF (i-ToF), making it ideal for consumer use cases in smartphones, service robots, drones, and various IoT devices. Infineon's pixel technology includes advanced 3D field engineering, enabling excellent demodulation efficiency. The IRS2975C Imager Sensor from Infineon Technologies has a buried optical reflector that elevates quantum efficiency (QE) to a level so far only reached by back-side illumination (BSI) sensors.
