Infineon Technologies MOTIX™ TLE988x Microcontrollers

Infineon Technologies MOTIX™ TLE988x Microcontrollers offer four programmable gate drivers with an integrated charge pump for N-channel MOSFETs. The TLE988x addresses a wide range of smart 2-phase DC motor control applications like sunroof, window lift, electrical pumps, and fans. Additionally, the TLE988x scalability regarding flash memory sizes and MCU system clock frequency supports multiple motor control algorithms.

The Infineon TLE988x was developed according to ISO26262, providing ASIL B features, and some variants have built-in cybersecurity. The devices are available in a TQFP-48 package.
