IXYS MCMA700P1600NCA Thyristor Module offers long-term stability in a ComPack package with direct copper bonded (DCB) Al2O3-ceramic and an industry-standard outline. This thyristor for line frequency features advanced power cycling, planar passivated chip, soldering pins for PCB mounting, and RoHS compliance. The module has 4800V isolation voltage, 1600VRRM/DRM maximum repetitive reverse blocking voltage, 700A average forward current, and -40°C to +125°C operating temperature range.
