KIOXIA Managed NAND Flash Memories are 3D-based Universal Flash Storage (UFS) that utilizes the cutting-edge 64-layer BiCS flash 3D flash technology. This 3D-based consumer UFS brings the high-speed read/write performance and low power consumption demanded by mobile applications. The NAND flash memories with an integrated controller provide error correction, wear leveling, and bad block management. These devices' interface complies with JEDEC/UFS version 2.0, eliminating the need for users to perform NAND-specific control. The managed NAND flash memories from KIOXIA are available in 32GB, 64GB, 128GB, and 256GB capacities, all of which are compliant with JEDEC UFS version 2.1.
