Littelfuse P-0ME 5kA SIDACtor® Protection Thyristors

Littelfuse P-0ME 5kA SIDACtor® Protection Thyristors are designed to protect equipment located in high exposure environments from severe overvoltage transients. The components come in a robust TO-218 package and are ideal for use in data interface and AC power line for CATV amplifiers, Telecom Base Station equipment, and Cell Towers. P-0ME features a 5kA 8/20µs surge rating wherein the surge capability does not degrade after multiple events. These Littelfuse thyristors exhibit a low offshoot voltage, a low on-state voltage, and fail to short circuit mode when the component has surged beyond its ratings. The P-0ME series is RoHS compliant, lead-free, and halogen-free.
