Littelfuse SP3522 0.15pF 22kV Automotive Avalanche Diodes

Littelfuse SP3522 0.15pF 22kV Automotive Avalanche Diodes come in an ultra-small (0201 DFN or SOD882) package and integrate ultra-low capacitance (0.15pF) cathode-to-cathode silicon avalanche diodes for ESD protection. Littelfuse SP3522 safely absorbs repetitive ESD strikes above the maximum level specified in the IEC 61000-4-2 international standard (±8kV contact discharge) without performance degradation. The low loading capacitance of the AEC-Q101-qualified SP3522 makes it ideal for protecting high-speed signal pins, sich as V-By-One®, HDMI, USB3.0, USB2.0, and IEEE 1394.
