Luminus Devices SFT-03X-CG Projection Converted Green LEDs

Luminus Devices SFT-03X-CG Projection Converted Green (CG) LEDs boost the brightness of miniaturized projectors for consumer and industrial devices. These LEDs feature a 0.35mm2 emitting area, 555nm typical dominant wavelength, and up to 2A drive current. The SFT-03X chipsets are optimized for operation with small microdisplays, including Texas Instruments (TI) 0.16” DLPTM Digital Micro-Display (DMD). The SFT-03X-CG LEDs come in a compact 3030 SMT package with emission area size and are matched with SFM-03X-RAB Red/Blue LED for 2-channel projectors. These projection-converted green LEDs include an unencapsulated, windowless monolithic emitter that allows proximity optics. These LEDs are ideal for standalone and embedded pico-projects based on 0.16” and 0.2” class microdisplays.
