Micro Commercial Components (MCC) ESD36Vx High-Voltage ESD Diodes
Micro Commercial Components (MCC) ESD36Vx High-Voltage ESD Diodes are designed to protect devices from electrostatic discharge and lightning strikes. These diodes deliver maximum versatility with a peak reverse working voltage (VRWM) of 36V. The ESD36Vx diodes operate within the -55°C to 150°C temperature range. These diodes comply with RoHS and Moisture Sensitivity Level 1 (MSL 1) standards. These diodes are ideal for consumers, electronics, industrial controls, automotive systems, and telecommunications applications.
The ESD36VD3A diodes are available in the compact SOD-323 package and feature a 75V maximum clamping voltage. The ESD36VT2B diodes are available in a compact SOT-23 package and feature a 90V maximum clamping voltage. These ESD36VD3A and ESD36VT2B diodes comply with IEC 61000-4-2 ESD immunity test ratings of ±30kV for air and contact discharge.
The ESD36VLHE3 diodes are offered in the ultra-compact DFN-1006-2L package and feature an 80V maximum clamping voltage. These diodes are AEC-Q101 qualified and are ideal for automotive applications. The ESD36VLHE3 diodes comply with IEC 61000-4-2 ESD immunity test ratings of ±8kV for air and contact discharge.
