Nexperia NEVB-NPS4069 & NEVB-NPS4001 Evaluation Boards
Nexperia NEVB-NPS4069 and NEVB-NPS4001 Evaluation Boards are two-layer PCBs with NPS4069 and NPS4001 load switches. The Nexperia boards include test point connections and headers for convenience. These evaluation boards enable control of the devices under defined test conditions and perform precise measurements.

- 1.5A (NPS4069) and 2A (NPS4001) rated currents
- ON resistance (RDS(on))
- VIN = 5.5V: 55mΩ (typical)
- VIN = 3.3V: 65mΩ (typical)
- VIN = 2.5V: 80mΩ (typical)
- Constant current during the current limit
- No body diode when disabled (no current path from pin OUT to pin IN)
- Active reverse voltage protection
- Built-in soft start
- Convenient connections via test points and INPUT/OUTPUT terminals
