
NXP Semiconductors Kinetis K7x 32-bit Microcontrollers
NXP Semiconductors Kinetis K7x 32-bit Microcontrollers, based on the Arm® Cortex®-M4 core, are pin, peripheral, and software compatible with the Kinetis Kx MCU family. The K7x MCU family also includes an integrated graphics LCD controller, IEEE® 1588 Ethernet MAC, Full- and high-speed USB 2.0 On-The-Go (OTG) with device charger detect capability, hardware encryption, and tamper detection capabilities. The K7x MCUs are available with 512KB or 1MB of flash in 256-pin MBGA packages. Each MCU includes a rich suite of analog, communication, timing and control peripherals. All K7x MCUs include a single precision floating point unit and NAND flash controller. Variants with an on-chip DRAM controller are also available for system expansion.Features
