onsemi NCP135 LDO Regulators

onsemi NCP135 Low-Dropout (LDO) Regulators are 500mA VLDO equipped with NMOS pass transistor and a separate bias supply voltage (VBIAS). These LDO regulators provide very stable, an accurate output voltage with low noise suitable for space constrained, noise sensitive applications. The NCP135 LDO regulators feature low IQ consumption to optimize performance for battery operated portable applications. Typical applications include battery-powered equipment, smartphones, tablets, cameras, DVRs, STB, and camcorders.

  • 2.5V to 5.5V bias voltage range
  • Fixed output voltage of 0.4V
  • ±1% accuracy over temperature 0.5% VOUT @ 25°C
  • Ultra-low dropout of 53mV (typical) at 500mA
  • Low bias input current of 35A (typical)
  • Logic level enable input for ON/OFF control
  • Output active discharge option available
  • Stable with a 10F ceramic capacitor
  • Available in WDFN6 2mm x 2mm and 0.65mm pitch package
  • These are Pb-free devices
