onsemi PYTHON2000 2.3 MegaPixel CMOS Image Sensors

onsemi PYTHON2000 2.3 MegaPixel CMOS Image Sensors utilize high sensitivity 4.8µm x 4.8µm pixels. These sensors support low noise "pipelined" and "triggered" global shutter readout modes. onsemi PYTHON 2.3 sensors have an on-chip programmable gain amplifier and 10-bit analog-to-digital converters. The CMOS image sensors reduce noise and increase dynamic range using correlated double sampling (CDS). These sensors are lead-free and are RoHS compliant.
