PANJIT PJ85775 Digital Temperature Sensors

PANJIT PJ85775 Digital Temperature Sensors with ±0.5°C accuracy can read temperature data directly via digital interface by MCU, SoC chip, or Bluetooth® chip. These sensors support I2C communication with speeds up to 400kHz and SMBus ALERT Response Address (ARA). The PJ85775 sensors consist of a high-precision band-gap circuit, 12-bit Analog-to-Digital Converter (ADC), a calibration unit with non-volatile memory, and a digital interface block. These sensors feature 1μA typical standby current and 3μA average Quiescent current at 1con/s. The PJ85775 sensors are used in portable devices, smart HVAC systems, and thermal management.
