Qorvo QPA0022/D 6GHz-18GHz Driver Amplifiers
Qorvo QPA0022 and QPA0022D 6GHz to 18GHz Driver Amplifiers are high-performance devices fabricated on Qorvo's 0.15µm pHEMT process (QPHT15) production. The Qorvo QPA0022 and QPA0022D provide 24dB small signal gain and 25dBm P1dB with a saturated power of 26dBm. In addition, these devices have a low IMD3 level of -50dBc at PIN = -14dBm/tone (QPA0022) or POUT = 10dBm/tone (QPA0022D). QPA0022 and QPA0022D are matched to 50Ω with integrated DC blocking caps on both I/O ports for easy handling and simple system integration. These components are an ideal choice for EW and communication systems.
