Renesas/Dialog DA14535 SmartBond TINY BLUETOOTH® Low Energy (BLE) 5.3 System on Chip (SoC) integrates a 2.4GHz transceiver and a 16MHz 32-bit Arm® Cortex®-M0+ microcontroller. This ultra-low-power SoC includes hardware for the Link Layer implementation of Bluetooth Low Energy and interface controllers for improved connectivity capabilities. The DA14535 SoC can be used as a data pump in hosted systems or as a standalone application processor. It is pin-to-pin compatible with the DA14531 and DA14530 SoCs.The DA14535 SoC features 160kB ROM, 64kB retainable system RAM, 12kB One-time-Programmable (OTP), four-channel 10bit ADC, and programmable reset circuitry. This SoC is available in a 2.2mm x 3mm FCGQFN24 package. The DA14535 SoC is used in applications such as beacons, wireless sensor nodes, proximity tags, smart watches, industrial appliances, and Human Interface Devices (HID).
