Renesas Electronics RA0E2 General-Purpose Microcontrollers (MCUs)
Renesas Electronics RA0E2 General-Purpose Microcontrollers (MCUs) are low-end MCUs with 32MHz Arm® Cortex®-M23 CPU. These MCUs support up to 128KB code flash, 16KB SRAM memory, and a 1.6V to 5.5V wide operating voltage range. The RA0E2 MCUs include a high-precision (±1%) and high-speed on-chip oscillator for improved accuracy. These MCUs consist of a power architecture with quick wake-up from standby mode(1.6μs). The RA0E2 MCUs feature TRNG, unique ID, and AES library to support security requirements. These MCUs can connect to many modules to abundant serial functions. The RA0E2 MCUs are used in consumer electronics system control for small appliances, industrial system control, and building automation.Features
