ROHM Semiconductor BD5230G-1TR CMOS Voltage Detector (Reset) IC offers high accuracy, ultra-low current consumption, and lightweight design. The delay time settings for this voltage detector IC can be fine-tuned using an external capacitor. The BD5230G-1TR IC is available for a specific detection voltage range of 0.9V to 5V and is adjustable in increments of 0.1V. The time delay maintains an accuracy within ±30% across the entire operating temperature range of -40°C to 85°C. This N-channel open-drain output-type voltage detector IC comes in an SSOP5 package and measures 2.90mm x 2.80mm x 1.25mm. Typical applications include consumer devices that require voltage detection.
