ROHM Semiconductor BD74C08FV-C Automotive Quad 2-input AND Gate

ROHM Semiconductor BD74C08FV-C Automotive Quad 2-input AND Gate is designed for 1.65V to 5.5V power supply voltage operation. This device is AEC-Q100 qualified with a 3000V Human Body Model (HBM) and a 1000V Charged Device Model (CDM) Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) characteristics. The BD74C08FV-C AND gate exhibits 5.5V tolerant inputs and offers 10μA low power consumption. This 2-input AND gate features an output tolerance that supports partial-power-down mode operation. When the device is powered down, the output tolerant circuit protects the output circuit from the back-flow current through the connected system. This quad 2-input AND gate is available in an SSOP-B14 package with 5mm x 6.4mm x 1.35mm dimensions and is suitable for automotive applications.
