Sensirion SFM3020 Analog Mass Flow Meter for High-Volume Applications is designed to measure the flow rate of air, oxygen, and other non-aggressive gases. The meter has a flow range from -10slm to +160slm, and one-directional flow supports high-flow applications while still allowing the detection of backflows. The design of the flow channel results in a very low-pressure drop through the sensor element, making it highly suitable for medical ventilation and respiratory devices.
