Soracom iSIM Connectivity Module
Soracom iSIM Connectivity Module is a low-profile device that is based on the Murata Type 1SC module. This module integrates directly into a device's processor and provides complete SIM functionality into a single System-on-Chip (SoC) device. The iSIM-enabled module offers multiple advantages, such as a simplified circuit, physical size, minimal board footprint, improved security, and improved processing capacity. This module features hardware-secured are for optimal data integrity, low power consumption, external antenna configurations, and direct integration with AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud. The iSIM connectivity module is optimized for Class 3 LTE output power.The iSIM connectivity module supports LTE bands, including B1, B2, B3, B4, B5, B8, B12, B14 (CatM1 only), B17, B18, B19, B20, B25, B26, and B28. This module is FCC/IC/RED/TELEC/KC/NCC/GCF/PTCRB certified. This module minimizes components on the circuit board and eliminates the need for a physical SIM slot, allowing for smaller device designs. The iSIM connectivity module is used in automotive, EV charging, wearables, building management, smart meters, logistics, and asset tracking.
