STMicroelectronics EVSPIN32G06Q2S1 Evaluation Board

STMicroelectronics EVSPIN32G06Q2S1 Evaluation Board is a three-phase complete inverter based on the STSPIN32G0602 controller, that embeds a three‑phase 600V gate driver and a Cortex®-M0+ STM32 MCU. The power stage provides STGB20M65DF2 IGBTs, but can be populated with any IGBT or Power MOSFET in D2PAK or powerFLAT 8x8 HV package. The board has a single-shunt sensing topology, and both FOC and six‑step control algorithms are implemented in sensored or sensorless mode. The topology and algorithms allow permanent magnet synchronous motors (PMSMs) and brushless DC (BLDC) motors to be driven.

The STMicro EVSPIN32G06Q2S1 Evaluation Board is compatible with a wide range of input voltages from 35VAC (50VDC) to 280VAC (400VDC). The board contains a power supply stage with the VIPER06XS in flyback configuration to develop the application's +15V and +3.3V supply voltage.

The STLINK debugger allows standard STM32 tools to debug and configure firmware. SWD and UART TX‑RX connectors are also available.
