Superior Sensor Technology VN Pressure Sensors
Superior Sensor Technology VN Pressure Sensors are based on NimbleSense™ architecture and are designed for ventilator and high-flow oxygen devices. These pressure sensors utilize Multi-Range™ technology to create a wide dynamic range, eliminating the need for fine-tuning or additional calibration. The VN pressure sensors combine an advanced piezoresistive sensing element with integrated amplification, an Analog-to-Digital Converter (ADC), a Digital Signal Processor (DSP), and a digital interface. Advanced digital processing enables new functionality that simplifies system development, making manufacturing easy and increasing reliability. These application-specific sensors are designed to control inlet pressure, inspiratory pressure, expiratory pressure, expiratory flow, blower and tank-based flow, and volumetric to mass flow in ventilators and high-flow oxygen devices.
