Toradex SMARC Heatsink Passive Type 1
Toradex SMARC Heatsink Passive Type 1 is a comprehensive thermal solution mounted to the SMARC carrier board with six M2.5×8mm Philips cross-slot screws. The SMARC Heatsink is an extensive, ready-to-use thermal solution developed for SMARC iMX8M Plus and SMARC iMX95 modules. The device features a robust construction, pre-applied Thermal Interface Material (TIM), and a top-mount installation utilizing 6x screws (M2.5x8mm).
The Toradex SMARC Heatsink Passive Type 1 has a temperature range of -40°C to +200°C and is packaged in an 82mm x 42mm x 14.7mm size.
