Vishay Z4KE Glass Passivated Power Diodes

Vishay Z4KE Glass Passivated Power Diodes are voltage-regulating devices that feature low zener impedance and low regulation factor. These diodes are glass passivated chip junction diodes available in a plastic MELF package. The Z4KE power diodes operate from 100V to 200V zener voltage (Vz) and at -55°C to 150°C operating storage and junction temperature range. These glass passivated diodes are Pb-free, RoHS-compliant, halogen-free, and meet UL 94V-0 flammability rating. The Z4KE diodes are ideal for automated placement, general-purpose regulation, and protection applications.
