onsemi NCx2006x Operational Amplifiers
onsemi NCx2006x Operational Amplifiers provide rail-to-rail input and output operation, 3MHz bandwidth, and are available in single, dual, and quad configurations. The NCx2006x features a supply voltage from 1.8V to 5.5V over a temperature range of -40°C to +125°C. The rail-to-rail operation allows the use of the entire supply voltage range while taking advantage of the 3MHz bandwidth.
onsemi NCx2006x Amps have a slew rate of 1.2V/s while consuming 125µA of quiescent current per channel, at a 1.8V supply. The NCx2006x CMOS devices offer high input impedance and low bias currents making the components ideal for interfacing to a wide variety of signal sensors. The NCx2006x Amps are available in a variety of compact packages.
