Qorvo ACT85611 Power Management ICs
Qorvo ACT85611 Power Management ICs are highly integrated, configurable multiple-output PMICs with built-in Power Loss Protection (PLP). These PMICs feature a programmable storage capacitor voltage to optimize the storage capacitor sizing and system run time. The internal ADC and health monitoring provide an extra layer of protection and improve system reliability and early capacitor failure notification. The ACT85611 PMICs include internal, back-to-back eFuse FETs to provide bidirectional input-to-output isolation. These PMICs also provide hot-swap and inrush current control. The ACT85611 PMICs operate at a 2.7V to 14V input voltage range and a 10A maximum input current. These devices are RoHS-compliant, PB-free, and halogen-free. The ACT85611 PMICs are offered in a 6mm x 6mm L-QFN package. These PMICs are ideal for solid state drives, industrial, backup power, and hot plug / hot swap devices.Features
