TDK-Micronas HAR 3930-4100 Dual-Die 3D Position Sensors are an extension of the 3D HAL position sensor family for automotive and industrial applications. The sensors feature precise rotary and linear position detection with robust stray-field compensation capabilities. The HAR series is the dual-die version of the HAL 3930-4100 sensors, which provides full redundancy with synchronized output signals. TDK-Micronas HAR 3930-4100 Dual-Die 3D Position Sensors are single-die devices that are Safety Element out of Context (SEooC) ASIL C ready, according to ISO 26262. The sensors are highly robust against mechanical misalignment and support functional safety applications. The HAR 3930-4100 sensors are ideal for gear shifters, park lock actuators, brake stroke position sensors, and steering angle and transmission system position detection applications.Features
