Vishay eSMP® SMF BZD27 Zener Diodes

Vishay eSMP® SMF BZD27 Zener Diodes are housed in low-profile, surface-mount packages and feature Zener and surge current specifications. These silicon planar Zener diodes offer a low leakage current with excellent stability. The diodes meet the requirements of MSL level 1, per J-STD-020, LF maximum peak of 260°C, and meet the JESD 201 class 2 whisker test. Vishay eSMP SMF BZD27 Zener Diodes include AEC-Q101-qualified variants, which are indicated by base P/N-HE3.
